Full-Width Conveyors

Among the features that make LeeBoy Legend Screeds stand out are their full-width conveyors. For widths of 8 feet or less, augers are not needed to move asphalt from the hopper to the flow gate. This has several benefits, including:

Ability to move 2x the material through the conveyor tunnel

Heavy-duty screed plate

Legend Screeds are outfitted with ⅜-inch Hardox 450 screed plates. This material is often used for equipment like crushers, feeders and dump bodies that experience a lot of wear-and-tear. Among the other features of the screed plate are:

Bolt-on design for easy replacement

Leebody offers three screed choices depending on the size of your job:

Leeboy Legend: standard screed plate for driveways, small parking lots, and patch work
Leeboy Legend HD: 3,450 lbs for heavy duty commercial work, and includes features like automatic temperature and berm extensions
Leeboy Legend HD Pro: over 4,000 lbs for large-scale municipal, industrial or residential projects. This screed features spring-loaded end gates and hydraulic sloping extensions.
