Simex PL Series self-leveling road planers streamline pavement repair by milling down deteriorated asphalt for upcoming resurfacing jobs. An innovative self-leveling feature holds a steady planing depth under any condition. Additionally, the machinery is engineered for peak safety, offering operators an unobstructed view and stable, vibration-free operation. Additional features include:

Self-leveling system: Ensures constant milling depth in any condition.
Floating transverse tilt: Ensures the drum of the planer is always aligned to the ground.
Independent depth adjustment: Slides move independently and precisely follow the surface to the left and right.
Hydraulic side shift: Work in both central and lateral position, as well as mill flush to the wall.
Built-in water tank: The dust suppression system consists of an electro-pump filter, sprayers & water tank built into the side shift.
Multi-teeth drum: Surface milling with millimetric precision.
Optimized milling with Performer: Simex’s patented “Performer” device optimizes the attachment performance according to the forward speed of the machine.
